Werkwijze

Binnen het project worden de selectieprocedures van verschillende bachelor- en masteropleidingen jaarlijks systematisch geevalueerd en onderzocht. Op basis hiervan worden de selectieprocedures aangepast. Ook wordt gewerkt aan de ontwikkeling van nieuwe instrumenten gericht op met name hogere-orde cognitieve vaardigheden (‘HOCS’).

Daarnaast leveren de resultaten uit dit project handvatten voor het opzetten van selectieprocedures gericht op verschillende vaardigheden en in studiefases. De lessen die ontstaan, zijn voor alle selectieve UU-programma’s van belang.
